(All levels welcome) In a highly stimulated and fast-paced world, our senses are constantly distracted, challenged and heightened. We need to slow down. We need stillness.

Yin yoga gives time in postures, sometimes up to 5 minutes of holding mainly floor-based poses, to find space; space in the body and space to allow opportunity for inner enquiry, insight and transformation. This targets your deep tissue, fascia, ligaments and joints. It has a healing effect on your muscles, internal organs and adrenals. Expect a slower, more meditative practice allowing you to sit with any physical or emotional discomfort and find release and repair.
