(All levels welcome) The mornings are a time for internal focus, considerate movement and setting a solid foundation for the day ahead. This class will combine the traditional sun salutations with intuitive movement and deep, conscious breathwork.

Conscious breathwork can offer the space to experience a powerful sense of stillness, help increase stress resilience - making you stronger and more stable, reduce anxiety, alleviate depression and bring an overall sense of calm to your day. This style of breathwork has been proven to profoundly, positively effect your immune system whilst reducing inflammation in the body.

You can expect this class to be around 40 minutes of movement and 20 minutes of breathwork and meditation. It is recommended that you bring warm, comfortable clothing for the second part of the class.
