Join this weekly class to deepen your understanding of the Ashtanga Yoga postural series. Each class will teach and break down different parts of the series, postures and vinyasas with a little more detail, offering insight into the conditions of each posture/vinyasa. This may include:

- The traditional vinyasa counts and movements
- Tristhana - the three places of attention
- The Fundamental Asanas
- Suryanamaskara A and B (Sun Salutation)
- Meditation and Pranayama (Breathing Techniques)

This class is suitable for beginners, advanced practitioners and teachers alike, who are looking to begin their practice and deepen their understanding or even develop a personal practice using the Ashtanga method. Ultimately though, it’s about using precision and detail to help us tap into Ashtanga’s powerful technique of a 'moving meditation'.
