My classes are nurturing, upbeat, and playful. I love weaving in joyful movement and funky transitions that surprise your brain and leave you feeling empowered and uplifted. Each month we explore a theme together, looking at it from different angles  so you can really feel your progress in strength, flexibility and ease.For me, yoga is a space where we can drop the protective layers and just be with ourselves, in a deep, healing and often joyful way. I see yoga as medicine for the body, mind and spirit. I hope that my passion for it is contagious!I love sharing little yoga bites to soothe your nervous system and remind you of your inner wisdom. My mission is simple: to spread the joy of yoga, help you feel more at home in yourself and maybe even brighten the world a little along the way. Because honestly, life is just better with yoga.
